I could wax lyrical for hours about the benefits of Coconut Oil. The uses for this precious ingredient are endless, from its many health advantages, to skin care.
One of my favourite things to do is have it as a tea. A spoonful in hot water can prevent cravings for other sweeter foods. Alternatively you can put it in your daily smoothie, or even coffee and tea, to give it a creamy taste in place of milk or sugar.
Cooking with it is also excellent as it can withstand high temperatures, and doesn't damage the properties in the oil.
Somehow I find a way to get it into my diet daily. And I also use it on my skin on a regular basis.
