It's that time of year again when colds and flu start to hit - well if you are in my part of the world anyway. 

We all hate getting sick, so here is my number one go to when you start feeling those sniffles or a sore throat coming on, and to assist in a quick recovery.  

Hot tea of Lemon, Turmeric, Cayenne Pepper and Fresh Ginger. 

Like a little wellness shot, it can also be taken at any time a pick me up is in order.
