As we head into 2019, let's reflect together on the year that's been, before we start a fresh new cycle in January.
We'll look back at the energy patterns of 2018.
You'll journal on your wins, your discoveries, your challenges, what you're proud of, and what you're grateful for.
Together we'll chant Mrtyajaya Mahamantra 108 times.
Meditation on letting go of the year that's been, and gratitude for all that's taken place in 2018.
This is my own personal practice on New Year's eve and I wanted to be able to share it with you as we take the time to close, and honour, an eventful year.
Please bring a journal or paper to write on as well as a pen.
