Approaching your wellbeing in a holistic approach means looking at the whole person. Everyone is unique and we look at you as an individual as to where you might need to make changes, whether that be through nutritional changes, mindfulness practices, or even perhaps something like a career shift.

Coaching encourages you to take personal responsibility, to think deeply, to have self discoveries, and to build self efficacy. I assist you to find your own answers, as I believe that you are already whole, and have the innate knowledge within yourself that you have what it takes to be well and live your dreams.

We are all individual, with different needs and dreams, so while the structure of the coaching sessions are similar, it is not about following a formula. Together we create a very personal vision that looks at your strengths, builds your confidence and uncovers your natural impulse to be well. We set realistic and achievable goals that over time can sustain lasting change.

How long should I attend coaching?
The ultimate goal of coaching is to help you achieve self confidence so that you can move forward on your own without the need for a coach, with self belief that you have what it takes to continue with the good habits you have created as it is now a part of your overall lifestyle.
I recommend an initial 3 month coaching period. After that we can still support you by creating a maintenance plan based on your ongoing goals.
