I'm a Kinesioligist, Mind Body Medicine Practitioner and Meditation Teacher, with a background in holistic life coaching and nutrition. After working as a producer in the advertising and film industry for 20 years, I began retraining at the beginning of 2013.
I know the exhaustion and burnout that can come from a 24/7 high pressure lifestyle, feeling like you're on the go, with no "off switch", attempting to do your best to balance your personal life in the process.
After a significant health set back, I learnt how to lead a full and productive life, without compromising my wellbeing; and I'm passionate about helping you to be proactive about your health and wellness.
I believe in the tools of Kinesiology and the power of Mind Body Medicine, as they helped me uncover my own subconscious blocks, limiting beliefs and also health issues; to empower me to move forward to not only greater wellbeing, but into a totally new career path.
I'm a dedicated daily meditator and certified meditation and mindfulness teacher, running classes at some of the most highly regarded studios within Melbourne, as well as facilitating workshops for businesses to bring new thinking into the workplace.
Training at the College of Complimentary Medicine, the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, as well as qualifications from Wellcoaches on the psychology and methodology behind coaching, I work with you to create balance wellbeing, and growth to achieve your goals.
