Solstices can be powerful portals for change, healing and transformation.

It's a tipping point, a symbolic and literal shift that marks the beginning of a new cycle, and an opportunity to release and expand into what is coming forward. 

We honour the rhythms of nature and also the cycles within our own lives as we celebrate the light, inviting in inspiration, clarity, wisdom and renewed energy.

It's the ideal time to gather, clear out stagnancy, and realign your focus as we move into the second half of the year with intention.

Whether you are feeling the intensity of this period or simply wish to harness this transformational time, this session will provide space for grounding, alignment, and energetic support.

This session is approximately 60mins and creates powerful shifts.

This is for anyone who would like to up-level to their dreams, and clear anything that is in the way of that.

Whether you have 1:1 sessions with me, or like the idea of a supportive group space for your own healing, this gives you an avenue to explore your wellbeing and to keep your mindset at an optimum.

It also brings you into community with like-minded people who are having many of the same experiences that you are and want to seek the best in themselves.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

I use the tools of muscle testing, kinesiology and energy healing on behalf of the group, and we work on what comes up for all of you.  

At the start of the session, you will begin to understand the general theme and tap into what you want to release.

Then we align you to what you want to bring in.

Even though it’s a group session you still tap into what is going on for you on a personal level, so your experience will be unique to you.
